Just over a year ago I reviewed LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair & Nails supplement, I wasn’t expecting much to happen as I had tried many beauty supplements prior with no major results. I took the little daily liquid shot for 14 days and was absolutely blown away by the results. The fact that the supplement is a liquid that you drink means your body absorbs the active ingredients a lot faster.
My skin glowed, I felt comfortable leaving the house with only moisturiser on. My nails grew very long and were the strongest they had ever been. Finally, the most important benefit to me was the impact that it had on my hair. I suffered terrible post natal hair loss after I had my second son, LQ Skin, Hair & Nails made my hair feel healthy, it felt stronger and new hair started growing more rapidly.
I’ve been using the product regularly since my review last year, I no longer feel self conscious about my hair and I get lots of complements on my nails and skin – even I am still amazed by the results of this product.
With Christmas fast approaching, we all want to look our best for the party season. LQ Liquid Health are feeling extra festive and have offered the chance for one of my readers to win a month supply of Liquid Health Skin, Hair & Nails! (rrp £29.99 x3)
